Grated Carrot
Finely Chopped Onion
Mayonnaise
Butter
Cheese Slice
Chaat Masala
Instructions:
- For the filling, in a bowl add grated carrots and finely chopped onions.
- Add Mayonnaise and chaat masala in it and mix well.
- For one sandwich use two bread slices.
- Apply butter on one side of the bread and spread already prepared filling on it.
- Put a cheese slice on it and cover with another bread slice.
- Toast the Sandwich on both sides in butter and enjoy with milk, juice or tea.
