Keto Garlic Bread

Ingredients:
 170 g Shredded Mozzarella
 85 g Almond Flour
 1 tbsp Crushed Garlic
 1 tsp Baking Powder
 1 Egg
 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
 Salt
 2 tsp Oregano
Instructions:
  1. Take a microwaveable bowl, add Shredded Mozzarella and Cream Cheese in it. Microwave for 1 min.
  2. Stir well and microwave in batches of 10 seconds if the content is not hot enough to be mixed.
  3. Add rest of the ingredients and mix well to form a dough. Make sure while adding egg the mixture is not hot, otherwise egg may solidify.
  4. Spread the dough on a baking tray in any shape of your choice.
  5. Optional: In half of the spread dough add place cheese slices, and cover with other half of the spread dough.
  6. Optional: In a bowl mix 1 tbsp melted butter with crushed garlic and Oregano, and brush this mixture on the Garlic Bread.
  7. Place the tray in preheated oven at 220C for 15 minutes or until cooked.
  8. Your Cheesy Keto Garlic Bread is ready.
