Ingredients:
 1 cup Rice
 ½ tsp Turmeric
 2 cups Water
 50 g Diced Cottage cheese (optional)
 50 g Peas (optional)
 3 tbsp Mustard Oil
Instructions:
  1. Cook rice with water and turmeric.
  2. Put oil in a pan and warm until it smokes.
  3. At this point you can fry cheese and peas in it (This is optional step).
  4. when rice is cooked pour the oil content in it, add some salt and mix it all (we mix these off the heat).
  5. Serve with Kashmiri Dumaloo or Haakh Anchaar or you can enjoy it as it is.
