Ingredients:
1 cup Rice
½ tsp Turmeric
2 cups Water
50 g Diced Cottage cheese (optional)
50 g Peas (optional)
3 tbsp Mustard Oil
Instructions:
- Cook rice with water and turmeric.
- Put oil in a pan and warm until it smokes.
- At this point you can fry cheese and peas in it (This is optional step).
- when rice is cooked pour the oil content in it, add some salt and mix it all (we mix these off the heat).
- Serve with Kashmiri Dumaloo or Haakh Anchaar or you can enjoy it as it is.
