Keto Poha
Ingredients:
 500 g Cauliflower
 2 tbsp Oil
 2 tbsp Peanuts
 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
 2 Green Chillies
 Curry Leaves
 1 tsp Turmeric
 1 tsp Salt
 2 Onions
 1 Tomato
Instructions:
  1. Heat oil in a pan, and and peanuts.
  2. After a minute or two add mustard seeds.
  3. When mustard seeds begin to splutter add curry leaves and let them cook for a minute.
  4. Add green chilies and saute for a minute.
  5. Add onions and let them brown.
  6. Add Turmeric and salt and cook for a minute.
  7. Add grated cauliflower and mix well.
  8. Add diced tomatoes, mix well and let cook for 6-7 minutes or until well cooked.
  9. Serve cauliflower poha with hot tea.
